What is the Taste of the West Trade Show?

The Taste of the West Trade Show is a trade only exhibition taking place near Exeter showcasing a broad base of South West food and drink. Buyers will have the opportunity to sample some of the region’s finest products including its justly famous dairy and meat products including traditional cheddars, premium ice-creams, as well as its beef, lamb and pork. Also on show will be beautifully presented jams, wild honey, pickles and preserves, handmade biscuits, luxury chocolates, fine wines, liqueurs, and, of course, the region’s fish and shellfish offerings, in addition to a wide range of other local produce.

The show takes place in April, which is ideally timed to pick up new ranges for Summer, meet exisiting suppliers and see new ranges from, and build strong relationships with new suppliers.

The South West is the UK's leading food producing region. This event provides a South West based event for food producers and retailers and helps them respond to the increasing consumer demand for quality food and drink.

The organisers, Hale Events Ltd are pleased to be working in association with Taste of the West, the food and drink organisation providing key support for the economic development of small to medium sized food and drink businesses in the South West. Taste of the West enjoys strong links with regional, national and international media, which has resulted in greater awareness of the dynamic and expanding food and drink industry in the South West of England.

Register on line to visit the 2008 event. The Fair is free of charge to visit for strictly trade only buyers. If you register on line then you will receive pre-show information and a free entry badge in early April.
