SALSA will make you visible and give you access to bigger markets in your local area. Joining the scheme and gaining approval will give you access to many valuable resources to help you meet and retain the SALSA standard.
SALSA provides you with an up-to-date, fully searchable directory of SALSA approved Suppliers by region and by product group. With SALSA approved Suppliers, you can be confident that you are buying from a Supplier who has practically demonstrated their capability to meet the food safety standards you require.
